AI-Native Fullstack Engineer
Decisive is one surface where humans and AI ship real work together — and we build it the same way we tell teams to. You’ll work across the stack (SvelteKit, TypeScript, Cloudflare, Supabase, Claude) on features like the coding agent that opens pull requests, live huddles, the realtime collaborative core and the AI woven through all of it. We’re a tiny team, so you’ll own meaningful surface area from day one.
What you’ll do
- Ship end-to-end features across the stack — from the Svelte UI to Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and Supabase.
- Build agentic systems: tool-using AI loops, the cloud coding agent, realtime voice and the MCP integrations behind them.
- Use Claude Code and AI agents as a core part of your workflow — you’re not just building AI features, you’re shipping with AI.
- Own features from idea to production, with a real say in what we build and how.
- Keep the bar high on a fast-moving, realtime, multiplayer codebase.
What we’re looking for
- Strong fullstack engineer who’s comfortable owning a feature from database to pixels.
- You already build with AI — agents, tool use, the LLM APIs — and have opinions about what works.
- Solid with TypeScript and a modern frontend framework; Svelte/SvelteKit is a plus but we’ll trust you to pick it up fast.
- Comfortable in a realtime, distributed world: edge functions, websockets, sync, eventual consistency.
- You ship. You’d rather get something real in front of users than polish in private.
Bonus points
- Experience with Cloudflare Workers / Durable Objects / Containers, Supabase, or Yjs / CRDTs.
- You’ve built and shipped your own AI-powered tools or agents.
- You’ve worked at very small teams and liked the ownership.
