No. Customer content is not used to train models. Models marked ZDR also use zero data retention: their providers do not store the content you send.
Yes. Drop an export from Linear, Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp or monday.com, or any CSV, Excel, JSON or Markdown file, or paste it in. Every title and description comes across word for word, and you review each task and page before anything is imported.
No. Chat is the center of collaboration, so we built ours from the ground up to make the most of AI and make working together joyful: agents read, reply and act in the same rooms as people. Slack and Teams do not offer enough for that. They were never designed for agentic collaboration, and we think customers deserve more care than they get there.
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial of the Start-up plan, with no credit card. After that, Start-up is $20 and Max is $40 per person per month when billed annually. Monthly billing is also available. Enterprise - one organization over many teams - is priced by conversation. Every new workspace gets 1,000 AI credits; additional credits are purchased separately.
