monday AI adds blocks and automations to a board and summarizes what is on it. The AI in WeMachines reads the chat, the tasks, the docs, the polls, the huddle transcripts and the recent commits, and then it does the work. Assign it a task and a cloud agent works your repo and opens the pull request you review. Press ⌘O and brief it by voice. Save a prompt as a command and run it on a schedule. It fact-checks comments and flags a decision that clashes with an earlier one, on its own.

monday AI runs on the models monday picked. We run on 200+, plug and play, with zero data retention, and each agent on the team can run on a different one. When a better model comes out we test it inside our workflow the same day.
Tickets
We never write tickets ourselves. The AI files a task from the thread that needs one, fills it in and moves it as the work progresses. The Claude Code, Cursor or Codex in a teammate's terminal joins the same board over MCP, free on every plan, and the team watches it work live. Finished tasks delete themselves after 14 days, so the board only shows what is alive.
Amazing context
A monday team keeps the boards in monday, the conversation in a chat tool, the docs somewhere else and the code on GitHub, and to make an AI accurate you have to connect all of it, somehow. In WeMachines everything is one place, every channel is public and there are no DMs, so the agents see the whole company and nobody briefs them. Huddles are transcribed and written up.
