Tasks and chat delete themselves 14 days after they are done, docs stay until a person removes them, and the AI keeps the workspace healthy: it fact-checks comments and flags a decision that clashes with an earlier one. Everything is transparent, so nothing rots in a corner nobody visits.
What the AI can see
Notion AI answers questions about your pages and helps you write them. It is a capable assistant, and it can only see the wiki. Your chat is in another tool, your tickets are in a third, your calls are recorded nowhere and your code is on GitHub.
